1.2 No Disputes
By engaging in any services provided by Astron IT Solutions, you agree that no disputes will be entertained once the service is rendered. Any disputes regarding payment or service delivery must be settled immediately upon invoice receipt, without delay.

1.3 Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made in full prior to or immediately after service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payment charges, including transaction fees, are the responsibility of the client. Astron IT Solutions is not responsible for any fees associated with the payment processing.

1.4 Completion of Work
Once the work is completed or the service rendered, you must clear all due payments immediately. Failure to do so will result in a suspension of services and legal action if necessary.

1.5 Unauthorized Use
You are prohibited from using any content or services provided by Astron IT Solutions for unlawful purposes. If Astron IT Solutions identifies illegal activity, appropriate legal actions will be taken.

2. Service-Specific Terms

2.1 IT Support & Services
Astron IT Solutions provides IT support and related services, including global IT support, hardware maintenance, data center maintenance, and third-party maintenance. Services are provided as per the client’s request, with all parties agreeing on project timelines and scope beforehand.

2.2 Website Development & Maintenance
All website development projects will be initiated upon confirmation of terms and scope. The client agrees to provide necessary information and materials for the development of the website. Maintenance services, including optimization and regular updates, are available as per the signed agreement.

2.3 Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Automation
When engaging in Amazon FBA, FBM, Walmart, or Shopify automation services, clients agree that Astron IT Solutions will manage their stores and provide continuous optimization. Any changes in the client’s store settings, products, or services must be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

2.4 Business Solutions and Consulting
Astron IT Solutions provides business solutions, including business management, consulting, globalization services, and business growth strategies. Clients understand that these services are advisory, and the final business decisions remain their responsibility.

2.5 App Development & Optimization
App development services are rendered based on agreed-upon timelines and expectations. Clients must provide clear instructions and feedback to ensure timely delivery. Mobile app optimization services include speed and performance improvements.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of Work Product
Upon payment in full for services, all rights to any work product provided, including websites, graphics, or other intellectual property, will be transferred to the client. Astron IT Solutions retains the right to display any work as part of our portfolio, subject to client approval.

3.2 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Any information related to business operations or intellectual property should not be disclosed without prior written consent.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

4.1 Data Usage
By using Astron IT Solutions services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely.

4.2 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to enhance our offerings. These third parties may have access to your data for processing but are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before proceeding.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Limitation on Damages
Astron IT Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

5.2 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astron IT Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of our services.

6. Modification of Terms

6.1 Amendments
Astron IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services by notifying Astron IT Solutions in writing. Payments due up to the termination date will still be required.

8.2 Termination by Astron IT Solutions
Astron IT Solutions may terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or any illegal activity. In such cases, the client will be liable for all services rendered up to the point of termination.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Force Majeure
Astron IT Solutions will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or technical issues.
